Since the 2000s, research institutions&#8217; and industries\u2019 role has been changed significantly (OECD, 2007). The phases of career-building today bring out a more complex process than in previous decades. Starting from the literature review, the university-to-work transition is considered a very important step in the future career of graduates, and it requires specific abilities (Santisi et al, 2018). Accordingly, research institutions are aware of the need to be more active with the industry to maximize the use of the research results. However, researchers indicate that there is a\u00a0<span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; background-color: var(--ast-global-color-4); color: var(--ast-global-color-3);\">misalignment between university learning and workplace practice (Jackson, Fleming and Rowe, 2019).<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-237b3ab elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"237b3ab\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Building on that, this project aims to create a curriculum by using design thinking that enhances the transition from higher education to the labour market in agricultural biotechnology in connection to recent technological achievements and to develop teaching materials supporting the course delivery designed with flipped learning.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About BIOTE(A)CH BIOTE(A)CH Nature\u2019s power is life; biotechnology is there to foster that power with qualified professionals.
